SOHFIT’s Personalised Fitness Plans (PFP) with Somaditya Sen (Adito) are designed for individuals who want more than just a standard workout routine.

Each week, you’ll receive a structured program tailored to your goals, current fitness level, lifestyle, and available equipment. His approach blends strength, mobility, and skill-based training – drawing from disciplines like Handstands, Animal Flow, and Kettlebell training, to help you build not just strength, but control, coordination, and long-term resilience.

Ideal for those committed to long-term results, his plans are built with precision, patience, and a deep understanding that meaningful transformation takes time.

Your PFP workouts will be documented and shared via email to your Registered ID. Plans are sent over the preceding weekend, allowing you to review them in advance and reach out to your Coach for any clarifications.

The Program is Non-Transferrable. Deferments can happen only within the 1st Week.

Adito’s approach goes beyond conventional training, combining strength work (bodyweight, kettlebells, and resistance training) with mobility, coordination, and skill-based movement practices such as handstands and Animal Flow.

The focus is not just on building strength, but on improving how you move—developing control, range, and long-term resilience. If you have any injuries or limitations, the program is thoughtfully adapted to ensure you train safely while continuing to progress.

Absolutely! We work with a lot of beginners and have programs that make things simple for those who are not experienced in a gym. If you have an ongoing medical condition or an injury , then we urge you to speak to your doctor and/or see a physio to ensure that you are safe to commence an online program with us because this is a DIY program where in you will be working out by yourself

We tailor the program based on the equipment you have available. If you have access to a gym, your training can incorporate a full range of strength and movement work. For home-based setups, a good range of dumbbells and/or kettlebells is recommended to support both strength and skill-based training.

Adito’s programming is built around progressive strength, mobility, and movement practice, so having access to varied loads helps ensure you’re consistently challenged across different patterns.

Weight Guidelines:

  • Beginners: Start with lighter weights (around 1.5–2.5 kg pairs), progressing up to 7.5 kg or more as you build strength and control.
  • Intermediate (training ~6+ months): Access to weights up to 12.5–15 kg (or more) will allow for better progression.
  • Experienced (training 2+ years): A wider range of weights is ideal to support continued strength development and advanced movement work.

Where needed, Adito adapts the program creatively to your setup—ensuring you can still build strength, improve movement quality, and progress effectively with what you have.

We have clients who do both, so this is your call. We do provide videos of how to perform each exercise. But if you are a beginner and/or would like someone to be watching your form, it could be a good idea to get a trainer to ensure that you lower your injury risk.

SOHFIT is affiliated with a qualified nutritionist who can guide you and design a meal plan specific to your goals and needs. However, this is not included in the PFP and will have separate charges. But your Coach is more than happy to guide you and help you with your Nutrition-related queries.

In any program (whether face-to-face or online), how long someone takes to show results is determined by a number of factors – such as how hard they (are able to) work out, whether they have injuries or conditions that limit their movement, what they eat, where they are starting from, etc. So we cannot say that there is standard time in which people see results because all bodies are different and all goals are different. At SOHFIT, our mantra is that we help you to become fitter, faster and stronger – whether you are training with us in person or online. If you focus on this, and eat right, then the weight loss will take care of itself.

Once you enrol, you’ll be working directly with Adito. He will connect with you to understand your training history, current fitness level, movement capacity, and any injuries or limitations.

Based on this, Adito designs a personalised program tailored to your goals—focusing on strength, mobility, and skill-based progression in a way that suits your body and lifestyle.

You’ll also have direct, one-on-one access to him on WhatsApp for ongoing guidance, feedback, and support—ensuring your training stays consistent, intentional, and progressive throughout.

Yes, you can switch packages once your existing package is over.

Currently, this program is offered as a 1-month plan, with more package options set to be introduced soon.

For now, you can sign up for the 1-month duration and continue based on your progress and goals. Please note that, as per company policy, the plan cannot be paused due to travel. However, Adito can provide bodyweight or minimal-equipment alternatives to help you stay consistent while on the move.

In case of a medical reason or injury, the plan can be put on hold—this must be communicated in advance so it can be managed appropriately.

This depends on your progress. Ideally, we prefer you stick to one workout plan for atleast 2 weeks so that you can adapt to the movements well and perform the workouts with the intensity at which you need to in order to progress.
