SOHFIT’s Personalised Plans are the ultimate tool for anyone who is looking for the best mentor in their fitness journey. You will get online personal support from Sohrab or one of our other Coaches, who will build weekly workout plans for you based on your fitness level, lifestyle, goals, and access to equipment at home, or the gym. 

You will receive these weekly plans on the preceding weekend so that you can go through the workouts in advance and get in touch with the coach for any clarification or modifications if needed.

You’ll be in touch with your Coach over WhatsApp and you’ll be able to discuss your workout plans, get ongoing guidance, and share videos to improve your form.

We also do Personalised Marathon Training Plans: 1) 12 weeks training block for Half Marathon Training 2) 16/18 weeks training block for Full Marathon Training.

We tailor the program according to your goals and level of fitness, but on the whole, our programs involve a mix of strength training (weights and body weight) and cardio (running, swimming if you have access to a pool, etc.). If there are particular exercises that you cannot do due to injury or a preexisting condition, we can modify any program accordingly.

Absolutely! We work with a lot of beginners and have programs that make things simple for those who are not experienced in a gym. If you have an ongoing medical condition or an injury , then we urge you to speak to your doctor and/or see a physio to ensure that you are safe to commence an online program with us because this is a DIY program where in you will be working out by yourself

We can tailor the program as per the equipment that you have available with you. If you have access to a gym then the workouts will be gym-based. For home-based workouts, you will need at least a good range of dumbbells. 

Weight Recommendation:
You need a range of weights (dumbbells and kettlebells) for this program for your upper and lower body movements so that you can be properly challenged. If you are an absolute beginner, we recommend keeping weights ranging from at least 1.5/2.5 kg pairs up to 7.5 kg or more. For people with access to a gym, you will be well covered. We highly recommend that people who have been training consistently for 2 years or more have a wide variety of weights to challenge themselves.
Can go upto or > 12.5/15 kg pair for the ones who have been strength training consistently for over 6 months

We have clients who do both, so this is your call. We do provide videos of how to perform each exercise. But if you are a beginner and/or would like someone to be watching your form, it could be a good idea to get a trainer to ensure that you lower your injury risk.

SOHFIT is affiliated with a qualified nutritionist who can guide you and design a meal plan specific to your goals and needs. However, this is not included in the PFP and will have separate charges. But your Coach is more than happy to guide you and help you with your Nutrition-related queries.

In any program (whether face-to-face or online), how long someone takes to show results is determined by a number of factors – such as how hard they (are able to) work out, whether they have injuries or conditions that limit their movement, what they eat, where they are starting from, etc. So we cannot say that there is standard time in which people see results because all bodies are different and all goals are different. At SOHFIT, our mantra is that we help you to become fitter, faster and stronger – whether you are training with us in person or online. If you focus on this, and eat right, then the weight loss will take care of itself.

After you enroll we will assign you to one of our coaches and he/she will connect with you over a call and ask you for a brief exercise history and whether you have any medical conditions that we should be aware of. Based on this information we will design workouts that are suited to your fitness level/experience and can be modified according to any issues you may have. Your Coach will then be in contact with you via WhatsApp on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.

Yes, you can switch packages once your existing package is over.

This completely depends upon you. You need to sign up for a minimum of 1 month and you can go up to 12 months. However, it is important for you to know that as per company policy we do not pause your plan incase of any travel. You can ask your coach for bodyweight alternatives while you travel. However, incase of any medical reason or injury, we can hold your plan till you resume, but this has to be informed to your coach.

This depends on your progress. Ideally, we prefer you stick to one workout plan for atleast 2 weeks so that you can adapt to the movements well and perform the workouts with the intensity at which you need to in order to progress.
