SOHFIT HYROX Personalised Fitness Plans (HYROX PFP) are built specifically for those looking to train in the HYROX style – combining strength, endurance, and functional conditioning into one structured weekly format.

Whether you’re preparing for a HYROX race or simply want to train like an athlete, you’ll receive weekly training plans curated by Sohrab and his Team of Coaches. Each plan is tailored to your fitness level, lifestyle, and available equipment – helping you build power, stamina, and efficiency through progressive, race-ready programming.

Your HYROX PFP workouts will be uploaded to the SOHFIT App each weekend, so you can review them in advance and connect with our Team of Coaches if needed.

The Program is Non-Transferrable. Deferments can happen only within the 1st Week.

We will tailor your HYROX PFP based on your fitness level and race goals, but the core structure follows the HYROX training formata blend of functional strength and endurance. Expect a mix of weighted movements, bodyweight exercises, and high-intensity cardio, with a strong focus on running. If you have any injuries or limitations, we’ll modify the workouts to keep your training safe and effective.

Absolutely! We work with a lot of beginners and have programs that make things simple for those who are not experienced in a gym. If you have an ongoing medical condition or an injury , then we urge you to speak to your doctor and/or see a physio to ensure that you are safe to commence an online program with us because this is a DIY program where in you will be working out by yourself

We can tailor the program as per the equipment that you have available with you. If you have access to a gym then the workouts will be gym-based. For home-based workouts, you will need at least a good range of dumbbells. 

Weight Recommendation:
You need a range of weights (dumbbells and kettlebells) for this program for your upper and lower body movements so that you can be properly challenged. If you are an absolute beginner, we recommend keeping weights ranging from at least 1.5/2.5 kg pairs up to 7.5 kg or more. For people with access to a gym, you will be well covered. We highly recommend that people who have been training consistently for 2 years or more have a wide variety of weights to challenge themselves.
Can go upto or > 12.5/15 kg pair for the ones who have been strength training consistently for over 6 months

We have clients who do both, so this is your call. We do provide videos of how to perform each exercise. But if you are a beginner and/or would like someone to be watching your form, it could be a good idea to get a trainer to ensure that you lower your injury risk.

SOHFIT is affiliated with a qualified nutritionist who can guide you and design a meal plan specific to your goals and needs. However, this is not included in the PFP and will have separate charges. But your Coach is more than happy to guide you and help you with your Nutrition-related queries.

In any program (whether face-to-face or online), how long someone takes to show results is determined by a number of factors – such as how hard they (are able to) work out, whether they have injuries or conditions that limit their movement, what they eat, where they are starting from, etc. So we cannot say that there is standard time in which people see results because all bodies are different and all goals are different. At SOHFIT, our mantra is that we help you to become fitter, faster and stronger – whether you are training with us in person or online. If you focus on this, and eat right, then the weight loss will take care of itself.

Once you enrol, you will be added to a dedicated WhatsApp Group where all details about the Program, will be shared. Our Team of Coaches will stay in regular contact with you through WhatsApp to guide and support you throughout the Program.

Yes, you can switch packages once your existing package is over.

This completely depends upon you. You need to sign up for a minimum of 1 month and you can go up to 12 months. However, it is important for you to know that as per company policy we do not pause your plan incase of any travel. You can ask your coach for bodyweight alternatives while you travel. However, incase of any medical reason or injury, we can hold your plan till you resume, but this has to be informed to your coach.

This depends on your progress. Ideally, we prefer you stick to one workout plan for atleast 2 weeks so that you can adapt to the movements well and perform the workouts with the intensity at which you need to in order to progress.
